My former back yard has become an experimental breeding ground for brilliantly colored giant sunflowers, of which these seeds may produce a variety of appearances from. Influence has been had from Mammoth Russian, Evening Sunset, and a handful of other cultivars, producing plants that range anywhere from 5-12 feet tall and produce anything from several 8 inch blooms on branching stems to a singular bloom up to 15 inches across. Colors too can vary from yellow flushed with oranges and rust at the petal bases to entirely deep rusty red or maroon. Great for making garden borders or a sunflower forest to wander through, and some may even produce seeds big enough to roast and eat.
Packets contain approximately 20+ seeds and require no special treatment to germinate.
