The Formosa Lily is a giant from the Asiatic group, endemic to Taiwan. Potentially hardy to zone 5a, this bulb can produce a stalk anywhere from 4 to a towering 8 feet tall (more likely in warmer climates), covered with slender green leaves and topped with a show of gigantic white trumpet lilies that can be nearly a foot long and 8 inches wide. They're also purported to be very fragrant to boot.
Available bulbs are young seed-grown, between 0.25-0.75" in diameter and soon to enter dormancy. They will likely take another year or two to reach maturity.
