This Indochinese pyrophyte is a somewhat unique plant among its relatives, this clone in particular at least producing leaves that readily blush deep red and dark green, with red fuzzy tendrils leading down to velevety pitchers that, in lowers, are ovate in the base and much narrower above, pinkish orange to red with bright yellow-green peristomes and pale interiors. Uppers are much more green and funnel-shaped. Rarely seen in cultivation.
