Every iteration of ventricosa x tiveyi that I have seen has produced spectacular, chunky plants with thick scalloped peristomes and either brilliant striping or deep cherry color. I expect these will be similar, with a vigorous homegrown female parent that makes thick pitchers and a male that was chunky with deep, bronze-red peristomes.
